Jenny has many years experience in customer service and have worked for the Antwerp House Group since March 2007. By choice she works 3 days a week at Falkner House Dental Practice in Sawston as the receptionist and is presently studying for an NVQ in customer service.
Jenny’s role encompasses many tasks, the main one being to greet all patients both new and present, in person or by phone, thus ensuring they receive prompt attention for all their dental and oral hygiene needs.
