We
have our own private dental laboratory; Dentech
Technical Services based at Antwerp House Dental
Practice in Cambridge with a prosthetics and crown and
bridge technician.
The
laboratory specialises in all-ceramic restorations
using In-Ceram (glass infiltrated), pressed ceramics
E max and zirconia restorations such as LAVA. Large
span milled zirconia and cast gold/palladium restorations
are carried out together with more routine single units.
The
laboratory has experience with LAVA, VITA and IVOCLAR
porcelains.
Several
mixed grain highly cured composite technologies can
be used, namely Gradia and Simphony. For inlays, onlays
we particularly recommend the use of characterised Cerec
InLab restorations made with Vita Mk II feldspathic
and empress porcelains. The laboratory caters for most
dental implant systems and has experience with Nobel
Biocare, Astra, 3i, Frialit, Straumann and Lifecore
implants.
Our
prosthetic service provides chrome and acrylic restorations
using high impact acrylic and notable quality teeth,
namely Enigma and Ivoclar.

offer a postal service for distant clients and can arrange
collection/delivery for local clients.
